Super Hero Training

If you weren't aware, my husband and I also operate Arana Hills Physiotherapy. Christine Cox, our pocket rocket Physio is joining the Little Big Swim team as our personal Kids Physiotherapist. 

Christine (Bachelor Human Movements Studies & Bachelor of Physiotherapy) is also an experienced Gymnastics Coach and looks forward to training our swimmers. Individual and Group classes available.

Group Timetable (commencing 6th June - 1st September through school terms.  School holidays intensives will be available).

Tuesdays 3.30pm @ Mitchelton SS 
Superhero training - physical competency development program (suitable for kindy to aged 8). Physiotherapy rebates may apply

Tuesdays 4.15pm@ Mitchelton SS 
Strength and Conditioning for Juniors and Seniors (suitable for juniors, seniors and older stroke development swimmers). Physiotherapy rebates may apply

Thursdays at 4.30pm @ Arana Hills Physiotherapy

Train with your coaches: For Senior & Adult swimmers only. Coaches have to stay fit over winter too! Join us for fitness circuits including HIT, endurance and weight training sessions. * Physio rebates do not apply

Costs: $19.50 per session.

Who is it for?
School Aged children

High School Children and Adults will have a specific dry land training program designed for them.
Pricing:  45 minute Sessions
* $19.50 per 45 minute session
​* Private Health Fund Rebates may apply
* To be paid by 10 week term or by monthly direct debit
​Activities will include
Age appropriate gymnastics style activities

Body weight strengthening games

Coordination games

Balance games

Ropes activities

​Cardio fitness games
Dry land training is held for 10 weeks over June, July and August while our swimming lessons are not running through Winter. Dry land training will continue throughout the year from September.

It's a good thing you have actually mentioned the other services that you are offering. I would like to really know because I am a bit curious about your experience with this kind of work. I believe that being able to take care of someone else's health is a very satisfying profession. It just means that you area able to make their lives easier by helping them get over with the pain that they are currently experiencing. My sister is actually dreaming of becoming a doctor someday and I think the reason us because she wants to help others live longer.
