There are lots of benefits to this type of dry land training - better swimmers for a start! This type of activity also benefits children in helping them to concentrate and sequence instructions.
Engaging a child in fun, physical, outdoor activity is beneficial for so many reasons.
who is it for?
3-5 year olds (before school aged)

From September (when we're back int the water) the program will continue from Arana Hills Physio and surrounds.
Time slots available
Age: 3-5 Years (before school age)
Extra days will be added as the above time-slots fill.
60 minute sessions - $18 per week
Payments can be made in 5 week blocks or 10 week blocks.
