If you haven't heard the word on the street Arana Hills Physio are expanding and opening a fitness studio adjoining the physio practice. We're pretty excited about the new space and have had kids fitness in mind during the design.
We're installing a rock climbing wall, monkey bars, running track, plyometric tracks, TRX and lots of awesome fitness toys.
We are using the new space this winter to deliver strength and conditioning for older swimmers and core stablility, coordination and fitness training for our younger swim team members.
Senior Swim Training Components
- Swim specific strength and conditioning using body weight and equipment including TRX
- Cardio Fitness training - circuit work
- Boxing fitness sessions (GREAT for shoudler and core strength)
Junior Swim Training Components
- Core stablity
- Bilateral integration activities
- Coordination training
- Cardio Fitness training
- Bilateral integration, core stability, coordination, fun and games.
10 week training sessions from Monday 11th June to Friday August 18th.
Places are VERY limited and only open to swimmers from our school or other swim programs. Fill in the expression of interest below to reserve a spot.
Prices: $200 for the 10 week block.
